About
Why we built a single shared supply list for every classroom.
Why this exists
Back-to-school shopping is harder than it needs to be. A family with three kids can end up with three different lists, sent home at three different times, pointing at three different stores.
The fix isn't complicated: one list per grade, shared by every teacher, with each item a click away for anyone who'd rather not fight the crowd in an aisle.
School information here comes from the National Center for Education Statistics. Supply lists start as sensible defaults for each grade level, and get replaced by the real thing as teachers and schools publish theirs.
